These last few weeks have been full with activities and have included times of reflection in which various poetic thoughts have structured themselves into my mind

Softly , wake

When you wake

A new day comes into existence

All you have known is memory

All you have done brings you

Into this moment of beginning

When you wake

All you know has passed and

All You have is an empty future

All you have done brings you

Into this now empty beginning

When you wake

Before memory starts to flow

Before time starts to unfold

Breathe into the empty now
