I realised I had a number of contact forms on various pages of the site. This was not by design, but rather an outcome of creating specific details for subscribing for resource material. Particularly I wanted to collect subscribers (main) interest. I realised I needed to be clear on the submission of the forms as to their intent; general enquiry - a clinical enquiry; or specifically requesting membership for access to all the resource material.
Hopefully I have rationalised this and provided sufficient indicators to acess the subscription form (member form)
